Gensler was hired by the largest advertising agency in Minneapolis: Olson, to design new strategies for an energized and comprehensive client experience, including ‘Brand Rooms’, developed for key clients, client-focused food and beverage services, and integrated display systems that recognize visitors.
One of the most important things was flexibility and personalization of spaces. They came up with an open office systems furniture solution based on a kit-of-parts that can support both collaborative and focused workgroups, and as project teams and departments grow, they will have the ability to reconfigure layouts, meeting the needs as they go along.
Sustainable and industrial materials connect the space to the rich history of the 125,000 square feet Ford Center building, using environmental graphics to support the architectural concept, becoming essential to the experience.
